POM Brigitte

Amazing day to be outside, although the sunshine, as ever, more of a hindrance than help.

We dominated the first quarter, taking the lead 15-1 and barely letting HS 'D' into our defensive D. After a change around at quarter time they started to come back, losing the second quarter by just one goal. Sarah provided support to our defence with a number of great interceptions and Brigitte maintained her shooting head.

We got our confidence back in the second half and managed to secure a comfortable lead, finishing 41-15. Brigitte won a well deserved player of the match title despite going over on her ankle two minutes from time. Fingers crossed she will be back on her feet soon.
