Wandsworth came on to the first quarter open minded on game play with new players and positions and adjusted to the KCLA's methods in defence and attack. We came out 3 goals down.

After a lovely team talk from Tabs with views and pointers from all players contributing advice on all sections helped us come in strong and take the first 5 goals. Jenny and Sophie worked there way in front of their players to get tips to ball and making centre passes easy to pass down the court Tabs and Sophie in the circle, even with the slippery wet court.

Leanne and Catt fought through the quarters making it hard for their wing and centre to get any passes into the circle with a lot of resets, and Tara backing up the defensive play with strong arms and wall to force over head balls and restrict their play.

Wandsworth finished on top with a 9 goal lead, overall good game with strong positions, adjusting our passes to the condition of the court which also helped us keep possession.
